Section 54-12-110 - Appeal from decision(a) Any party aggrieved may appeal from the decision of the monthly county court in making the assessment, or refusing to make the assessment.(b) The appeal shall be made in the same manner and upon the same terms provided for appeals from the action of the monthly county court in creating or refusing to create a road improvement district as provided in §§ 54-12-141 - 54-12-149.Acts 1919, ch. 193, § 5; Shan.
