Section 54-1-602 - Limitation on number of alternative delivery contracts per fiscal year(a) The department shall not procure more than twenty-eight (28) alternative delivery contracts per fiscal year.(b) Subsection (a) only applies to projects funded by the state highway fund and does not apply to projects funded by the transportation modernization fund, discretionary funds, or federal grant program funds.
