Section 48-103-201 - Short title - Part supplemental(a) This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Tennessee Business Combination Act."(b) The requirements of this part and parts 3-5 of this chapter shall be in addition to the requirements of applicable law, including chapters 11-27 of this title and to the applicable requirements contained in the charter or bylaws of a resident domestic corporation.Acts 1988, ch. 500, § 1; T.C.A., § 48-35-201.
