Section 47-25-1605 - Violations(a)(1) For the first violation of § 47-25-1602, the violator shall be issued a warning and informed of the penalty for any subsequent violations.(2) A second and subsequent violation of § 47-25-1602 is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by fine only.(b)(1) For the first violation of § 47-25-1604, the violator shall be issued a warning and informed of the penalty for any subsequent violations.(2) A second or subsequent violation of § 47-25-1604 is a Class C misdemeanor punishable by fine only.
