Section 39-17-651 - Offense of selling annual event tickets, shares, chances or similar records for period longer than authorized(a) It is an offense for any person to knowingly sell annual event tickets, shares, chances or similar records for a period longer than the period authorized pursuant to § 3-17-103(d)(3).(b) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor; provided, however, that the maximum fine shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day in excess of the authorized period.
