Section 38-8-103 - Director - Staff - Expenses of members(a) The director of the Jerry F. Agee Tennessee law enforcement training academy shall serve as the executive secretary of the commission.(b) Staff for the commission shall be provided through the law enforcement training academy.(c) The members of the commission shall serve without remuneration, but shall be paid expenses as the members may incur in attending the commission's meetings or in traveling on commission business. All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.Acts 1981, ch. 455, § 2; T.C.A., § 38-11-103.
