Section 37-3-601 - Short title - Funding(a) This part shall be known and may be cited as the "Safe Families and Family Preservation Act."(b) The family support services and time-limited family reunification services authorized pursuant to this part shall be subject to the funds appropriated to the department by the Tennessee general assembly.Acts 1991, ch. 185, § 1; 1998, ch. 1097, § 23.
