Section 30-3-114 - Construction and application of part(a) This part shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate the general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact the same law.(b) This part shall have no retroactive application to the time prior to February 15, 1941.Acts 1941, ch. 102, §§ 12, 16; C.
