Section 12-4-109 - Preplanning of capital investment projects accountThere is hereby established an account to be known as the capital preplanning account, which shall be the funding source for the preplanning of all capital projects undertaken by the departments and agencies of the state. The account shall be reimbursed for the preplanning cost of a capital investment project from the appropriations allocated to that project. Any funds remaining in the account at the end of any fiscal year shall be carried over to the succeeding fiscal year and expended only for the purpose specified in this section.
