Section 9-11-7 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Ballot form on change of form of city government

Both the question of form of government and the number of commissioners may be submitted upon one ballot, when both questions are to be voted upon.

The vote upon such questions shall be by ballot in the form and be cast in the manner provided by chapter 9-13.
