Section 58-30-6 - Appointment of insurance producer by insurer-Filing with director-Statement of kinds of insurance to be transacted-Payment of fee-Reasons for denying appointmentThe director may deny an appointment or withhold processing an appointment for reasons of protection of the public health, welfare, or safety including the following:
