Section 5-16-3 - Exemptions from restrictions on housing facilities The provisions of §§ 5-16-1 and 5-16-2 shall not apply to living quarters, lodging, or domicile for the residency or occupancy of any of the following state employees or officers:
(2) Chief executive officers of state institutions;(3) Any employee of any state institution the nature of whose duties requires his presence at or near such institution as subject to call for duty at any time;(4) Any employee of any state agency or institution the nature of whose duties requires his presence on or near the grounds of any park, memorial, or campus for security purposes.
