Section 49-41B-19 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Evidence from state or local agencies relative to environmental, social and economic conditions

The Public Utilities Commission shall also hear and receive evidence presented by any state department, agency, or units of local government relative to the elements in § 49-41B-22, and any applicable ordinance, resolution, or building code.
