Each limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this state:
(1) An office, which may but need not be a place of its business in this state, at which shall be kept the records required by § 48-7-105 to be maintained; and(2) An agent for service of process on the limited partnership that meets the requirements of §§ 59-11-1 to 59-11-23, inclusive.
