Section 45-6B-55 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Small-scale operation-Fee-Surety

A nonrefundable fee of one hundred dollars, and a surety not to exceed two thousand five hundred dollars as the Board of Minerals and Environment shall determine, shall accompany the application and shall be paid by the applicant.
