Section 41-6-52 - Application for resident license by nonresidents prohibited-Violation as misdemeanorNo person other than a resident as defined in this title may make application for, purchase, or attempt to purchase a resident license under §§ 41-6-12 to 41-6-45.1, inclusive. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
