Section 38-18-35 - Promulgation of rules for honey industry fund
The department may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning:
(1) The procedures for obtaining a declaratory ruling;(2) The procedures for collecting assessments for bee locations;(3) The procedures for collecting delinquent assessments;(4) The record-keeping and reporting requirements of honey producers or beekeepers with bee locations within the state.
