Section 36-4B-31 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of license

The board may deny the issuance or renewal of a license or suspend or revoke the license of any advanced life support personnel issued under this chapter upon satisfactory proof of the person's incompetence, or unprofessional or dishonorable conduct as defined in § 36-4-30 or proof of a violation of this chapter.
