Section 34-20B-49 - Criminal penalties in addition to civil and administrative penalties

Any penalty imposed for violation of §§ 34-20B-42 to 34-20B-48, inclusive, shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction authorized by law.
