Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
No recruitment assistance agreement entered into pursuant to the provisions of §§ 34-12G-1 to 34-12G-9, inclusive, is effective until it is filed with and approved by the secretary of health. The secretary may prescribe the format of the agreements and procedures for approval.
