Section 32-5-119 - [Effective until 3/1/2025] Failure to apply for firefighters plates

A failure on the part of a firefighter to make application to the Department of Revenue for such special number plates as provided in § 32-5-116 will result in such member being required to accept regular number plates for his motor vehicle.
