Section 32-23-24 - Multi-passenger quadricycle-Chapter application

A driver of a multi-passenger quadricycle, as defined in § 32-14-17, is subject to a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, but a passenger of a multi-passenger quadricycle may not be charged with a violation of this chapter.
