Section 3-18-6 - Promulgation of rules of procedure for elections and negotiationsThe secretary of labor and regulation shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to carry out the provisions of §§ 3-18-4, 3-18-5, and 3-18-8.1. The rules shall specify:
