Any person who at any time after the adoption of this Article XII serves or has served in any of the previously mentioned capacities for or on behalf of State Bar will be deemed to be doing or to have done so in reliance upon, and as consideration for, the right of indemnification provided herein. Such right will inure to the benefit of the legal representatives of any such person and is not exclusive of any other rights to which such person may be entitled. Any repeal or modification of these indemnification provisions will not affect any rights or obligations existing at the time of such repeal or modification.
