Current through the 2024 Legislative Session
At the meeting following the Annual Meeting, the Board Members present will constitute a quorum. At all other Bar Commission meetings, eight Board Members will constitute a quorum. The acts of the majority of the Board Members present at a duly held meeting will be the acts of the Board, except when a larger number is required by Supreme Court rule, South Dakota Law, or these Bylaws.
