The Executive Director must, by mail or electronic communication, provide all Board Members at least 20 days' notice of any Regular Meeting and four hours' notice of any Special Meeting. The notice must state the time, place, and, in the case of a Special Meeting, the purpose of the meeting. Notice by mail is given when deposited in the United States mail with sufficient postage. Notice by electronic communication may be given by facsimile, e-mail, text message, or other electronic means, at a number or electronic address designated by the Board Member. Notice is considered received when it is given.
