The Executive Director may resign by delivering written notice to any State Bar Officer or Bar Commissioner. The Board may remove the Executive Director as specified in the Executive Director's employment contract. If the Executive Director is not under a contract, the Bar Commission may remove the Executive Director at any time, with or without cause, by an affirmative vote of 2/3rds of all Commissioners.
