Each Section will be self-governing and may establish bylaws, a board of directors, and other governance structure as approved by the Bar Commission. Sections may hold elections of the Section members to select members for governance positions. Sections may establish their own operating rules and Procedures and properly memorialize them in the Section records and with the State Bar. All Sections must meet at the Annual Meeting and otherwise as often as necessary to accomplish the Section's purpose.
