The Bar Commission may establish one or more Member Sections when presented with a petition evidencing sufficient State Bar Member interest and when creation of the Section is in the best interests of the State Bar. The Bar Commission will govern any Section created, and the Section will replace any similar State Bar committee. The State Bar will note the creation and purpose of each Section in the State Bar records.
