Section 13-55G-5 - Promulgation of rules for implementing grant procedure

The Department of Education in cooperation with the South Dakota Tribal College Association may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to implement §§ 13-55G-1 to 13-55G-4, inclusive.
