Section 13-49-15 - [Effective Until ninety days after submission to the legislature] Purchasing and contracting for institutions-Incidental powers of board

The Board of Regents may make contracts for service, the erection of buildings, the purchase of all lands, materials, and supplies needed, unless such supplies are under the supervision of the Bureau of Administration.

In the carrying out of such contracts, the board may expend money, exact and collect penalties, and purchase or sell property within the limitations of statute.
