Section 1-33-8.1 - Administrative functions performed by Bureau of Administration for board and commission

The Bureau of Administration shall, under the direction and control of the commissioner of human resources and administration, perform all administrative functions except special budgetary functions (as defined in § 1-32-1) of the following agencies:

(1) The Records Destruction Board created by chapter 1-27;
(2) The Capitol Complex Restoration and Beautification Commission continued by chapter 5-15.
