Section 86-462 - Advisory board; duties(1) The advisory board shall make recommendations to the commission regarding the implementation of the Enhanced Wireless 911 Services Act, including: (a) The allocation of funds from the 911 Service System Fund as specified in section 86-465;(b) Rules and regulations necessary to carry out the act;(c) Any adjustments in the surcharge amount to recommend to the Legislature; and(d) The resolution of any disputes between public safety answering points and wireless carriers.(2) The commission may approve and implement any recommendations of the advisory board.Neb.
