Section 81-2,263 - [Effective three calendar months after the adjournment of the session] Inconsistencies; sections control

If there is an inconsistency between sections 81-2,239 to 81-2,292 and sections 32, 35, and 36 of this act and any code adopted by reference, the requirements of the sections shall control.
