Section 81-2,239 - [Effective three calendar months after the adjournment of the session] Nebraska Pure Food Act; provisions included; how cited

Sections 81-2,239 to 81-2,292 and sections 32, 35, and 36 of this act and the provisions of the Food Code and the Current Good Manufacturing Practice In Manufacturing, Packing, or Holding Human Food adopted by reference in sections 81-2,257.01 and 81-2,259, shall be known and may be cited as the Nebraska Pure Food Act.
