Section 8-NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered][Operative 1/1/2025](1) A person described by subdivision (1)(c) of section 3 of this act shall not engage in the sale of personal data that is sensitive data without receiving prior consent from the consumer.(2) A person who violates this section is subject to the penalty under section 24 of this act.Added by Laws 2024, LB 1074,§ 18, eff. 4/18/2024, op. 1/1/2025.
