Section 69-2418 - Instant criminal history record check; requirements; exemptions

Sections 69-2410 to 69-2423 shall not apply to:

(1) Any antique handgun or pistol; or

(2) Any firearm which is a curio or relic as defined in 27 C.F.R. 478.11.
