Section 87.04.058 - Application of RCW 87.04.030 through 87.04.055 following merger of minor irrigation district into major irrigation district

RCW 87.04.030 through 87.04.055 do not apply to redividing a district immediately following a merger as provided in RCW 87.03.849.
