Section 74.60.900 - [Effective Until Occurrence of Contingency] Severability-2010 1st sp.s. c 30(1) The provisions of this chapter are not severable: If the conditions in RCW 74.60.150(1) are not satisfied or if any of the circumstances in RCW 74.60.150(2) should occur, this entire chapter shall have no effect from that point forward.(2) In the event that any portion of this chapter shall have been validly implemented and the entire chapter is later rendered ineffective under this section, prior assessments and payments under the validly implemented portions shall not be affected.Amended by 2013SP2 c 17,§ 16, eff. 6/30/2013.Added by 2010SP1 c 30, § 18, eff. 4/27/2010, exp. 7/1/2021.Effective date- 2013 2nd sp.s. c 17: See note following RCW 74.60.005.
