Section 74.20A.188 - Request for assistance on automated enforcement of interstate case-Certification required(1) Before the state may assist another state or jurisdiction with a high-volume automated administrative enforcement of an interstate case, the requesting state must certify that: (a) The requesting state has met all due process requirements for the establishment of the support order;(b) The requesting state has met all due process requirements for the enforcement of the support order, including that the obligor has been notified that another state may take action against the obligor's wages, earnings, assets, or benefits, and may enforce against the obligor's real and personal property under the child support statutes of this state or any other state without further notice; and(c) The amount of arrears transmitted by the requesting state is due under the support order.(2) Receipt of a request for assistance on automated enforcement of an interstate case by the state constitutes certification under this section.
