Section 71.24.845 - Transfer of clients between behavioral health administrative services organizations-Uniform transfer agreement

The authority, in consultation with the established behavioral health administrative services organizations, shall develop a uniform transfer agreement to govern the transfer of clients between behavioral health administrative services organizations, taking into account the needs of the regional service area.
