Section 70A.355.060 - EnforcementThe director may seek appropriate injunctive or other judicial relief by filing an action in Thurston county superior court or issue such order as the director deems appropriate to:
(1) Enjoin any threatened or continuing violation of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter;(2) Restrain immediately and effectively a person from engaging in unauthorized activity that results in a violation of any requirement of this chapter or rules adopted under this chapter and is endangering or causing damage to public health or the environment;(3) Require compliance with requests for information, access, testing, or monitoring under RCW 70A.355.050; or(4) Assess and recover civil penalties authorized under RCW 70A.355.070. 2020 c 20 § 1512; 2007 c 147 § 5; 1989 c 346 § 8.
