Section 70A.205.225 - Department authorized to disburse referendum 26 (RCW 43.83.330) fund for local government solid waste projects

The department is authorized to use referendum 26 (RCW 43.83.330 ) funds of the Washington futures account to disburse to local governments in developing solid waste recovery and/or recycling projects.
