Section 70.77.515 - Unlawful sales or transfers of consumer fireworks-Penalty(1) It is unlawful for any person to offer for sale, sell, or exchange for consideration, any consumer fireworks to a consumer or user other than at a fixed place of business of a retailer for which a license and permit have been issued.(2) No licensee may sell any fireworks to any person under the age of sixteen.(3) A violation of this section is a gross misdemeanor.2002 c 370 § 41; 1984 c 249 § 32; 1982 c 230 § 41; 1961 c 228 § 80.Severability-2002 c 370: See note following RCW 70.77.126.
