Section 69.91.030 - Penalty-Violation of chapter is violation of the consumer protection act(1) A person who violates this chapter is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.(2) A violation of this chapter constitutes a violation of the consumer protection act, chapter 19.86 RCW.
