Section 66.24.200 - Wine distributor's license-Fee

There shall be a license for wine distributors to sell wine, purchased from licensed Washington wineries, wine certificate of approval holders, licensed wine importers, or suppliers of foreign wine located outside of the United States, to licensed wine retailers, other wine distributors, and holders of annual special permits issued under RCW 66.20.010(18), and to export the same from the state; fee $660 per year for each distributing unit.
