Section 51.36.072 - Medical examinations-Telemedicine-Rules(1) The department may adopt rules to implement *section 3, chapter 213, Laws of 2020.(2) The department must adopt rules, policies, and processes governing the use of telemedicine for independent medical examinations under *section 3, chapter 213, Laws of 2020. Development of rules may include a pilot project.
