Section 46.63.240 - Automated traffic safety cameras—Railroad grade crossing violations(1) Automated traffic safety cameras may be used to detect railroad grade crossing violations, subject to section 2 of this act.(2) Automated traffic safety cameras at railroad grade crossings may be used only to detect instances when a vehicle fails to stop when facing an activated railroad grade crossing control signal.Added by 2024 c 307,§ 4, eff. 6/6/2024.
