Section 46.20.410 - Penalty-Violation
(1) Any person convicted for violation of any restriction of an occupational driver's license or a temporary restricted driver's license shall in addition to the cancellation of such license and any other penalties provided by law be fined not less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months or both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) It is a gross misdemeanor for a person to violate any restriction of an ignition interlock driver's license.
