Section 24.03A.490 - Board of directors-Authority(1) A nonprofit corporation shall have a board of directors.(2) All corporate powers shall be exercised by or under the authority of the board of directors, and the activities and affairs of the corporation shall be managed by or under the direction, and subject to the oversight, of the board of directors, subject only to any powers expressly reserved to the corporation's membership or other persons in the articles or bylaws.Added by 2021 c 176,§ 2401, eff. 1/1/2022.Effective date- 2021 c 176 : See note following RCW 24.03A.005.
